Can I play Weave Words in Windowed Mode?
You sure can. Just start the game then go to the options menu. At the top you will see a tick box labelled "Play In Fullscreen". Just untick this box and the game will play in a window.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

I tried downloading a game but it wouldn't install.
If you get an error message when you run the setup program, it is very likely the file has become corrupted during the download. Try turning off any download managers you may have and then download the file again. If it still won't install, it is likely that the corrupted file has been cached by your Internet Service Provider (big ISPs like AOL often do this). If this is the case, try waiting 24 hours before downloading again.

What if I buy a game and then lose the file?
It is always a good idea to make a backup of any installation files you have in case you need to re-install your computer, etc. However, if you do lose the file and need a replacement, email our support address quoting your order number, and a replacement download will be made available free of charge.

A game runs fine on my friends computer, but not mine. Why?
Like snowflakes, no two computers are alike. Ok, that's probably not true but the fact is most computers do come with different bits of hardware installed. The best thing to try is to download the most recent drivers for your video and sound cards, and get the latest version of Direct X too. And if all else fails you could distract your friend with a shiny object, then quickly swap computers while they aren't looking.
